




Job Summary: Professional responsible for quotations, procurement, and negotiation of automotive parts, PPEs, and various other items, managing supply chain operations and driving continuous process improvement. Compliance engagement and continuous process improvement **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct quotations and procurement of automotive parts, PPEs, uniforms, administrative supplies, tools, and other items used in daily company operations; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers, consistently seeking optimal cost-effectiveness; * Issue and track purchase orders via ERP system, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical specifications; * Maintain active relationships with suppliers, pursuing new partnerships, evaluating performance, and conducting supplier approvals; * Collaborate closely with requesting departments (e.g., maintenance, occupational safety, administration) to ensure clear understanding of requirements; * Control and update procurement spreadsheets, KPIs, and reports, ensuring visibility and transparency across processes; * Follow up on deliveries, hold suppliers accountable, and implement corrective actions in case of delays or discrepancies; * Support inventory control and planned procurement activities, anticipating replenishment needs and avoiding emergency purchases; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement standards, acting ethically, responsibly, and with a strong compliance focus; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements to the supply chain process. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of supply chain management, specifically procurement of: A. Automotive parts and consumables for fleet maintenance; B. PPEs compliant with NR-6 and related regulations; C. Operational uniforms, considering standardization and durability; D. Administrative and office supplies; E. Various items used in daily operational and corporate activities; * Strategic commercial negotiation: argumentation techniques, deal closing, and facilitation of agreements beneficial to the company; * Cost-benefit analysis and proposal comparison: ability to evaluate more than just the lowest price—considering quality, delivery timelines, and supplier reliability; * Familiarity with procurement routines in ERP systems (KMM preferred); * Basic knowledge of inventory control and procurement planning (follow-up, lead time, reorder point); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel mandatory): especially for spreadsheet management, quotation analysis, and KPI tracking; **Preferred Education:** * Technical course in Maintenance, Logistics, or Administration; * Undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields (in progress or completed—considered a differentiator); * Recommended complementary courses: Procurement and Supply Chain Management; * Negotiation Techniques; * Inventory Management; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel; * Technical catalog reading and interpretation (especially automotive parts); Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.250,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Commuter pass Work Location: On-site
