End-to-End Customer Service, from Initial Requests to Post-Service Serpol Engineering, a reference in facade and structural restoration across Greater São Paulo, is hiring a Construction Manager Engineer to manage simultaneous construction projects with emphasis on execution, clients, and operational teams. **Job Mission**Be responsible for the 360° management of restoration projects (facade \+ structural), coordinating materials, schedules, hired labor, customer service, and daily field supervision \+ office support. **Main Responsibilities** * Full management of 5\+ projects: schedule, materials, labor, execution quality * Daily site visits: Greater São Paulo, Campinas/São José dos Campos/Nova Odessa * Customer service: requests, quotations, negotiations, post-service * Team leadership: supervision of hired staff, safety, productivity * Advanced Excel control: reports, dashboards, planning, project finance * Office support at Vila Mariana: meetings, planning, direct reporting to Hiago * Site working hours monitoring: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (full flexibility) **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Civil Engineering degree \+ active CREA registration * Proven experience managing construction projects (site supervision \+ client interaction \+ operations) * Advanced Excel proficiency (control spreadsheets, dashboards, schedules) * Basic/Intermediate AutoCAD (reading drawings, detailing) * Full mobility: Greater São Paulo **What We Offer** Progressive Remuneration \+ performance-based project bonus.
