Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers.** **Trivia arrives to contribute to the transformation of urban mobility, promoting more efficient and accessible public transportation in São Paulo.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on the permanent way using appropriate techniques to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems under responsibility, always keeping supervisors informed of encountered difficulties and requesting guidance to resolve them; * Ensure proper conservation of materials and tools by guaranteeing their cleanliness and correct usage according to technical specifications, aiming to extend their service life and maintain operational efficiency; * Strictly comply with internal safety regulations, using recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and contributing suggestions to eliminate or reduce risks that may compromise workers’ physical integrity; * Continuously monitor the operational condition of equipment and systems, performing data collection and analysis, as well as overseeing grass cutting, weed control, pest management, and conducting visual inspections, physical measurements, and geometric surveys; * Carry out specific technical tasks such as welding (including thermite and electric welding), machining, boiler-making, and mechanical system maintenance, as well as assembly, disassembly, replacement, and adjustment of parts and components; * Operate various types of machinery and equipment—including forklifts, locomotive-tractors, road-rail vehicles, aerial work platforms, lathes, drills, milling machines, presses, saws, and blowtorches—as well as perform painting, cleaning, lubrication, and defect identification. * Assist in train and vehicle shunting operations, building maintenance services, and permanent way maintenance (e.g., sleeper, rail, and ballast replacement), topographic surveys, and implementation of new systems and equipment; * Propose improvements to projects and procedures aimed at enhancing system performance and safety, as well as supervise third-party contractors’ work and ensure efficient execution of established maintenance plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Education: Elementary school completion; * Experience or practical exposure to permanent way maintenance; * Driver’s License Category B. **Desirable Requirement:** * Driver’s License Category D; * Measurement techniques, interpretation of projects and drawings, quality standards, and specific regulatory compliance. **Additional Information** **Benefits**: Medical Assistance (Sulámerica) Meal Voucher: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation Voucher Profit Sharing (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
