Requisition ID: 23746 Job Category: Services & Solution Delivery Career level: Entry Level Contract type: Permanent Location: Cajamar, BR **Vacancy for Industrial Lubricator -** ***Work Location - ARACRUZ - ES*** **Job Responsibilities:** * Correctly collect oil/emulsion/grease lubricant samples for analysis. * Conduct preventive inspections by observing and assessing machinery and lubricant behaviour. * Perform surface cleaning of external components of hydraulic units and lubrication systems. * Execute and complete Work Orders/Service Orders with feedback information. * Carry out oil and grease lubrication routines. * Clean, organise and prepare lubrication tools. * Remove excess lubricants (drain containment areas, remove excess grease). * Assess and report abnormal conditions of machines and equipment (leaks, temperature, noise, contamination, safety). * Identify key machine components and lubrication points included in the lubrication plan. * Collect technical equipment data to develop the lubrication plan. * Perform internal cleaning of hydraulic reservoirs and feed tanks. * Lubricate components with oils and greases: couplings, bearings, roller bearings, gearboxes/increasers. * Install, configure and replace automatic multi-point lubricators. * Conduct field tests on oils (viscosity measurement; concentration measurement using a refractometer). * Monitor and test new lubricants, tools or centralised lubrication systems. * Perform partial oil and grease replacements in equipment/systems contaminated with lubricant. **Requirements** * Experience in Industrial Lubrication. * Currently enrolled in a Technical Course in Mechanics or related fields. * Must reside in Aracruz - ES or nearby region.
