We are looking for a **Junior Project Analyst** whose role will be to provide technical support for real estate project development, ensuring deliverable control, coordination support, and updating processes for the Technical Project Management team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Project Development and Analysis** * Support analysis of new product studies, proposing layout rationalization and executable solutions; * Assist in controlling project development across Preliminary Study, Concept Design, Basic Design, Executive Design, and LO phases; * Prepare minutes of technical meetings and support conducting Concept Design kickoff meetings; * Develop basic scopes of project services with guidance from senior analysts and coordination; * Perform initial control of deliverables against the project schedule. **Coordination and Approvals** * Support basic interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, earthworks, foundations, structure, installations, etc.); * Monitor projects with public agencies to gather information required for approvals; * Conduct preliminary analysis of contracts and legal documents related to projects. **Technical Support and Communication** * Provide technical support to Product, Development, and Construction departments; * Support technical site visits to verify construction compliance with design; * Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, documenting discussions and tracking action items. **Budgetary Control** * Support project budget control; * Assist in preparing competitive bidding maps for project contracting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Academic experience or initial professional exposure to project development, analysis, and coordination; * Familiarity with deadline management, scheduling, and activity control; * Basic proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Revit (desirable), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across departments; * Analytical, detail-oriented profile with a practical problem-solving orientation; * Organized and disciplined to manage multiple concurrent tasks. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed to Enhance Your Daily Life!** **Meal or Food Allowance – R$31.80 per day** Your choice: meal or food allowance—flexible to balance your needs with convenience and well-being. **Breakfast Every Day** Start your day energized!
