Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance on building and industrial electrical systems, plumbing; knowledge of refrigeration, masonry, and carpentry is desirable. * Comply with safety regulations applicable to the Maintenance department. * Follow the maintenance schedule outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Calendar. * Request third-party quotations, analyze them, and submit for approval by the Coordinator. * Monitor and ensure execution of third-party preventive maintenance tasks (Cooking, Refrigeration, Metalwork, and Civil Works). * Assist in managing maintenance expenses and costs. * Execute items related to the maintenance dashboard. 2512190202551927115
