Job Summary: The Growth Hub is seeking a committed and strategic professional for the Inside Sales role, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and developing the CEI’s commercial area. Position – Inside Sales (Contractor \| Remote) **Compensation:** R$ 3\.500 \+ performance-based variable pay The Growth Hub is looking for a highly committed professional with strategic mindset and strong growth drive to assume an essential role within CEI’s (Centro Educacional Integrado) commercial operations (https://www.grupointegrado.br/). **Responsibilities:** **Manage the full sales cycle:** from active prospecting to closing. Maintain focus on goals, metrics, and result predictability. Lead strategic meetings, understand customer pain points, and propose effective solutions. Maintain and utilize CRM to ensure control and tracking of opportunities. Knowledge of negotiation and consultative sales techniques. Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is a plus. Ability to monitor and analyze commercial KPIs. Previous experience in the education sector or teaching field is a plus.
