If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aspire to achieve **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position as ***Backup Customer Service Agent***—this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via telephone, e\-mail, chat, or in person during periods of high demand or agent absences; * Assist in resolving issues and ensure uninterrupted service continuity; * Temporarily substitute for absent agents (e.g., vacations, leaves), maintaining service quality; * Log and track service requests, ensuring accurate information and timely customer updates on request status; * Reduce backlog during call volume spikes, always adhering to established deadlines; * Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in customer service processes and participate in training sessions to enhance service delivery. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus; * Basic familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable; * **Driver’s License \- Category B**; * **Personal Vehicle**. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$1\.937,48 per month.
