Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to support continuous process improvement and innovation. **Responsibilities:** * Define and implement project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid); * Develop and maintain PMO standards, processes, templates, and tools; * Train and guide project managers and teams; * Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Consolidate project status reports and present them to senior leadership; * Manage the project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources; * Promote continuous improvement and innovation within PMO processes; * Plan, execute, monitor, and control IT projects of diverse nature (e.g., software development, infrastructure, information security); * Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements; * Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration; * Identify and manage project risks and issues; * Ensure the quality of project deliverables; * Implement and maintain an IT governance framework (e.g., COBIT, ITIL); * Define IT policies, plans, standards, and procedures; * Ensure alignment between IT strategies and business objectives; * Monitor compliance with IT policies, plans, standards, and procedures; * Manage IT risks; * Promote information security; * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation; * Monitor program progress, costs, and risks; * Ensure integration among projects within the program; * Communicate program status to stakeholders; * Identify and resolve issues that may impact the program; * Track project documentation and follow up with analysts to ensure adherence to schedules. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Project Management specialization is desirable. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Agile, Waterfall, Power BI, EXCEL ### **Department:** Corporate São Paulo
