Additionally, for the past five years, we have been listed by **Forbes Magazine** as one of the **100 “World’s Most Innovative Companies”**. **What You’ll Do:** The Global Network Services organization is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to provide technical expertise in supporting Experian’s public cloud network infrastructure worldwide. This role will be responsible for helping build, deploy, manage, and support our entire network infrastructure across multiple public cloud environments, as well as connectivity with Experian’s internal network. Additionally, this professional will work closely with security compliance, engineering, and operations teams to maintain a resilient and secure network infrastructure aligned with stringent regulatory, governmental, and industry security requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and manage network and security systems in multi-tenant cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). * Provide direct support—including outside standard business hours—for all network infrastructure in public cloud environments. * Offer technical guidance for broader solution delivery initiatives. * Provide support—including after-hours—for escalated Level 2 and Level 3 operational issues. * Provide engineering expertise to identify process improvement and automation opportunities. * Maintain deep technical knowledge across various network and cloud technologies and related solution areas; develop new integrations and technical capabilities. * Propose network implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support for projects ranging from low to high complexity. * Troubleshoot complex routing issues involving cloud platforms and applications, on-premises systems, and inter-environment connectivity. * Perform hands-on configurations for new deployments. * Prepare build documentation and operational support procedures; conduct knowledge transfer to ENOC to ensure smooth integration of new deployments. * Resolve critical service-related issues and develop automations to detect and prevent recurrences. * Communicate technical information and solutions using whiteboards, presentations, or workshop-style written communication. * Develop technical and executive communications, building relationships and earning credibility with internal and external customers. * Conduct consultations, assessments, audits, technical design, and stakeholder interviews to understand highly technical requirements. * Research, evaluate, and stay ahead of emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. * Demonstrate strong consultative mindset—active listening and collaboration—to identify unmet technical needs and convert them into strategic solutions. * Exhibit high motivation and appetite for dynamic environments; adapt easily to market and organizational requirements. * Strong problem-solving mindset leveraging both internal and external resources. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Qualifications** * Proven extensive experience managing, provisioning, and supporting network technologies in large, globally distributed environments. * Experience managing, provisioning, and supporting network infrastructure in public cloud environments. Advanced hands-on knowledge of networking equipment, management tools, and network analyzers. * Experience with the following AWS services: Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC, ALB, NLB, Private Link, EKS, and other networking services. * Ability to write detailed procedural methods and maintain documentation—including Visio diagram creation. * Experience with automation: Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and/or Ansible (highly desirable). AWS Advanced Networking certification (strongly preferred). Solid networking fundamentals: deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing and routing protocols, DNS, HTTP, and other network protocols. * Strong troubleshooting ability to identify root causes of connectivity issues—including timeouts, instability, latency, firewall blocks, asynchronous routing issues, etc. * Experience migrating applications from on-premises environments to the cloud or upgrading shared applications/platforms on AWS. * Proven experience working with global telecommunications carriers. * Operational experience with load balancing technologies such as Citrix, VMware, etc. * Extensive experience working remotely in a self-managed environment. * Advanced English (written and spoken) **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
