Lesaffre achieves an annual turnover of 2\.200 million euros. **Job Description** This position aims at strategic and multifunctional involvement in risk analysis, internal controls, and auditing. Responsibilities: Identification and analysis of corporate risks: Assess, prioritize, and propose mitigation strategies for operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic risks, aligned with return on investment (ROI) and organizational risk appetite; Development of mitigation strategies: Design and implement specific measures to address risk exposures, adapting them according to internal and external changes and ensuring control effectiveness; Continuous monitoring: Supervise and regularly review implemented risk treatment strategies, ensuring adaptation to business dynamics and regulatory requirements; Internal controls management: Implement robust policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and enhancement of corporate governance; Internal auditing: Conduct preventive and investigative audits, supporting identification of critical areas and proposing improvements; Communication and reporting: Prepare clear and transparent reports to keep leaders and stakeholders informed about key risks, opportunities, and actions taken; Contingency planning and incident response: Participate in the development and execution of business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP), minimizing adverse impacts in critical situations; Professional updating and training: Stay current on market trends, technologies, and best practices in risk management and promote internal training to ensure all personnel understand their role in risk mitigation **Qualifications** What are we looking for? Expertise in risk management, auditing, or compliance (with proven prior experience); Advanced analytical capability, strategic vision, and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various hierarchical levels both within and outside the organization (including clients, regulators, and auditors); Proactivity and critical thinking skills when facing dynamic and challenging scenarios; Knowledge of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and dedicated tools for the field (e.g., ERM); Experience in developing contingency plans and crisis management will be considered a strong advantage. * Advanced or fluent English is essential; * *Willingness to undertake frequent travel to Campinas* **Additional Information** Why Lesaffre?
