PSPO (Scrum.org), CSPO (Scrum Alliance), or equivalent certification. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Software Management: Experience managing projects applying Agile software development principles and practices (Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban); knowledge of Agile product design, Design Thinking methodology, and Design Sprint processes. Software Requirements: Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, negotiation, and management; creation of Scrum requirements artifacts; UML diagramming; and understanding of Business Process Modeling (BPM/BPMN).
