Continuous Improvement and Lessons Learned **Responsibilities:** * Project Leadership Development – Empower and develop project leaders across various organizational areas; * Project Implementation and Governance – Structure and implement project, program, and portfolio management practices, governance frameworks, and methodologies; * Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Quality Management – Allocate responsibilities and ensure balance among cost, time, quality, and resources; * Methodological Standardization – Create, review, enhance, and ensure application of defined project management methodologies and standards; * Governance Forum Coordination and Facilitation – Lead meetings, committees, and forums to ensure alignment and structured decision-making; * Monitoring, KPIs, and Executive Reporting – Develop KPIs, track performance, maintain historical records, and report status to executive leadership; * Risk and Change Management – Identify risks, structure action plans, and consolidate formal change management control; * Cross-Functional Integration and Communication – Act as an impartial facilitator among business units, support functions, and stakeholders; * Physical-Financial Planning and Control (CAPEX) – Support detailed planning, control physical-financial schedules, and improve disbursement accuracy; * Continuous Improvement and Lessons Learned – Promote critical reviews, lessons learned seminars, and continuous improvement of organizational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree (Specialization or MBA) in related areas (preferred); * Knowledge of Project and Change Management; * Familiarity with PMI methodology (PMBOK); * ITIL Foundation, COBIT, or CMMI certification (a plus); * Understanding of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closing processes; * Knowledge of PDCA cycle, Fishbone diagram, Pareto chart, scatter diagram, and histograms. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that value our employees’ well-being and satisfaction.
