Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to review workflows, develop KPIs, plan improvements, and support decision-making in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be a \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct studies, diagnostics, and reviews of activity workflows; * Develop and update KPIs and dashboards; * Monitor controls; * Plan and implement process improvements; * Collaborate across business areas; * Create and update work materials (presentations, manuals, work instructions); * Perform administrative tasks (procurements, payments, etc.); * Support managers with supporting materials and data for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of indicator structuring and dashboard development; * Advanced Excel and basic SQL skills required; * Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement; * Ability to create presentations, manuals, and other work materials; * Interest in technology and risk management; * Proficiency in using operating systems; * Analytical profile – Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses for decision-making; * Critical thinking – Prioritize and identify necessary actions rationally; * Proactivity – Take initiative independently; * Teamwork – Collaborate with peers on daily tasks; * Strong communication – Clearly convey ideas and messages to others; * Empathy toward customers – Customer-centricity; * Task execution: Perform activities autonomously, requiring minimal guidance and supervision from managers; * Content: Profile of a collaborator knowledgeable about the activities and capable of handling basic/complex daily challenges. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in traffic fine management and/or fleet management; * Familiarity with platforms such as Pipefy; * Familiarity with process automation platforms such as n8n or Make. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To take care of our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Insurance:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Insurance:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your VR and/or VA in a single card!
