Requirements: Job Objective Accelerate product integration into the Command Center, ensuring monitoring coverage and quality with emphasis on standardization, metrics, and scalability. The professional will serve as a liaison between technical teams, observability platform evolution, and internal initiatives, contributing to greater adherence, efficiency, and reduced friction in adoption processes. Position Context A complex corporate environment with multiple teams and competing priorities. This role operates cross-functionally, supporting the adoption of observability practices, governance, and data-driven management. Note: This role does not involve routine critical incident response, on-call duties, or war rooms. Key Responsibilities * Governance and Monitoring Evolution; * Track internal initiatives and projects related to product and service integration, ensuring continuous improvement in monitoring coverage; * Maintain a consolidated view of the pipeline, priorities, risks, and next steps, with regular follow-up cadence; * Engagement with Technical Teams; * Support and engage teams in adopting monitoring standards and best practices; * Identify gaps and needs, translating them into technical backlogs and execution plans. * Act as an enabler, removing barriers to prioritization and alignment; Observability Platforms * Create, evolve, and standardize monitors, dashboards, and metrics in observability tools. * Assess heterogeneous environments and propose convergence of standards where applicable. * Reduce noise, improve thresholds, naming conventions, and tag usage. Cloud and Observability * Support observability practices in cloud environments, including service integration, environment organization, and cost and data volume governance. Metrics-Driven Management * Work with existing metrics and propose new KPIs when necessary. * Produce periodic reports with coverage, evolution, risk, and action plan insights. Evolution of Internal Initiatives * Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving data quality, automation, and standardization of integration processes. * Support defining minimum rules, validations, and quality metrics. AI Usage in Daily Work * Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, standardization, and pattern identification. * Contribute to creating reusable playbooks and templates (without using sensitive data). Mandatory Requirements: * Solid experience with observability platforms (monitors, dashboards, metrics, logs, and SLOs). * Experience with cloud environments applied to observability. * Strong planning, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple parties. * Clear communication, including with executive audiences. * Data-, metrics-, and continuous improvement-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in complex or regulated corporate environments. * Prior experience with standardization, technical governance, and corporate strategies. * Knowledge of modern instrumentation and observability (e.g., OpenTelemetry). Behavioral Profile * Technical authority combined with a collaborative attitude. * Organization, disciplined follow-up, and strong sense of priority. * Pragmatism, focus on scalability, and reuse of standards. * Maturity to operate in environments with multiple demands and constraints.
