**Description:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and standardize processes aligned with defined policies; Monitor and present IT department metrics; Support the implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) among vendors, internal teams, and customers; Contribute to continuous improvement in IT service management processes; Collaborate with management and team leaders to ensure processes are followed as designed; Define methods, models, and projects for IT service management, governance, and process management initiatives; Promote and support continuous improvement and innovation in processes; Manage process performance through metrics; Ensure the integrity and currency of process assets; Uphold best practices in IT governance, process compliance, and risk management; Enhance transparency across teams; Work within the IT Governance team on service management, responsible for implementing new processes and managing existing ones; Support the control, analysis, and monitoring of IT-related contracts, ensuring compliance with internal processes and contractual milestones; Consolidate and analyze data and metrics related to contract execution and vendor performance; Support audits, inspections, and contractual reviews, maintaining information traceability; Ensure alignment among internal processes, utilized systems, and active contracts; Contribute to maintaining and updating contract and process management systems, promoting visibility and control over contractual obligations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of metric management (KPIs); Knowledge of incident and request management; Knowledge of change management; Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN); General knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). ITIL training or certification preferred; Basic project management knowledge preferred; COBIT training or certification preferred; ISO 20000 training or certification preferred; ISO 27001 training or certification preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or technologist degree in Computer Science, Computer Network Management, Information Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
