Integrated Management Analyst **Department** Chemistry **Company** Krones do Brasil Ltda **Location** Diadema, Sao Paulo, BR, 09950\-810 **Join as** Graduates **Worktime** Full\-time Krones do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a professional to work in the Integrated Management System (IMS) area, who will be responsible for activities related to the Environmental Management System and Quality Management System. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS** * Advanced English proficiency preferred; knowledge of Spanish and/or German will be considered a plus. * Bachelor’s degree and/or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Chemistry, ESG, or related fields preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred. * ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditor certification required. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Organization. * Attention to detail and critical thinking. * Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Power BI proficiency mandatory. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Understand and comply with all standards and guidelines established by the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety). * Support audits (internal, external, legal requirements). * Support document control management (review of documents such as procedures, work instructions, forms, manuals, etc.) to ensure standardization prior to publication. * Update and communicate Krones KPIs (Water, Energy, Waste, Accidents/Incidents, Quality). * Identification and control of Aspects \& Impacts, Hazards \& Risks, and Change Management. * Development of Safety and Environmental Dialogues. * Preparation and issuance of documentation for transportation of products and hazardous chemical waste. * Control of potable water analysis and drinking fountain hygiene (potability verification). * Pest control (disinfection, deratization, termite control, and fumigation). * Support for training programs (IMS internal auditors and multipliers, chemical product handling, and radioprotection). * Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, during the training phase and under supervision.
