**Job Description:** We are seeking a Cybersecurity professional with experience in IAM (Identity Access Management) / IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), focused on the SailPoint tool. Proven experience in identity and access management solution implementation and maintenance projects is required, along with experience analyzing requests, incidents, and investigations of unauthorized access. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with SailPoint (implementation, configuration, and maintenance). * In-depth knowledge of IGA and identity lifecycle management. * Experience implementing SailPoint in corporate environments. * Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for access management. * Ability to perform critical analysis and make decisions in security-risk situations. * Technical, analytical, and collaborative profile, with a focus on security, compliance, and continuous improvement of IAM/IGA processes. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Availability to work rotating on-call schedules. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
