Join a team that values continuous development and collaboration, directly contributing to solutions that positively impact the future of business. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the EY Brazil Data Protection team according to requests from leadership; * Supporting the EY Brazil Data Protection Program; * Assisting in managing the mapping of personal data processing activities in the RoPA; * Supporting risk analysis for new tools/solutions and processes through PIAs/RIPDs; * Assisting in drafting relevant departmental documents, such as privacy notices, LIAs, policies, and guidance materials; * Supporting the delivery and management of training; * Supporting the management of personal data security incidents; * Supporting the identification of gaps, new regulations, and guidelines issued by legislators or the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD); * Supporting the adaptation of global documents to Brazil’s governance framework; * Supporting the review of personal data protection clauses and DPIAs, among others. You will be responsible for supporting the Data Protection team across multiple areas—from mapping personal data processing activities to risk analysis, document drafting, training, and incident management. Your role will be critical to ensuring compliance and information security, contributing to the evolution of data governance at EY Brazil. **Required qualifications and skills:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience serving clients (external or internal); * Minimum experience in data protection or strong interest in transitioning into this field, demonstrated through study and dedication; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience with SharePoint, building basic-to-intermediate automations, and data protection program management tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc) is desirable; * Postgraduate studies or extracurricular courses in data protection, artificial intelligence, and/or information security (desirable); * Prior work experience in law firms, consulting firms, or corporate departments focused on risk management, compliance, legal affairs, or data protection (desirable); * Experience identifying the role of data processors, mapping personal data processing activities, analyzing impact reports, managing security incidents, responding to data protection and AI-related inquiries, identifying gaps, and delivering training (desirable); * Fluent English; * Spanish is desirable.
