




Responsible for supervising and managing the stages of engineering personnel allocation contracts, from execution to closure. Lead the team, define strategies, and act as the liaison between the team and the client. - Monitor and evaluate team performance; - Oversight: monitor scope, deadlines, and working conditions; - Ensure client satisfaction; - Manage feedback exchanges: client ↔ team; - Define strategies for contract continuation; - Define strategies for new opportunities; - Motivate and engage the team; - Maintain constant and efficient communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders; - Manage contractual risks; - Lead team management, providing support and guidance for daily operational questions, and supporting the professional development of each assigned resource; - Perform administrative tasks for documentation control of assigned resources; - Schedule vacations, attendance at trade fairs/events, visits to other contracts, etc.; - Manage electronic timekeeping and timesheet reporting; - Conduct onboarding for new employees or service providers; - Manage purchase requisitions; - Deliver training programs.
