Specializing in safety and protection products, it stands out in manufacturing cable glands, plastic junction boxes, industrial plugs and sockets—serving sectors such as electrical installations and industrial machinery. The professional will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing complex contracts with clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs. They will also manage renewal deadlines, price adjustments, and contract terminations, guaranteeing appropriate control over each stage of the process. Among their responsibilities will be monitoring and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and regulatory milestones with utility providers, tracking applicable requirements, and safeguarding operational compliance. Additionally, they will support the commercial department in negotiating contractual clauses and mitigating risks, contributing to safer, more strategically aligned decisions. They will also manage documents and maintain an updated contract repository in the system—whether CRM or ERP—ensuring organization and easy access to information. Finally, they will interface directly with the legal, finance, and technical departments to align contractual terms, promoting cross-departmental integration and greater efficiency in contract management.
