Focus on high availability and process optimization FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend Developer .NET / Tech Lead to work in partnership with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specialized in investment capital, venture capital, as well as global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather requirements, develop, and fix issues in applications; * Promote automation and optimization of processes and analyses; * Maintain close collaboration with business areas and other IT teams within the BTG Pactual Group; * Ensure platform high availability by creating and evolving deployment processes (blue/green and canary deployments); * Develop software following agile methodologies and applying best practices in object-oriented programming and clean code. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) * Experience with .NET (C#) * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) * Design Patterns; * Experience with unit testing (TDD); * Knowledge of GIT; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes; * Knowledge of messaging frameworks (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to write robust, testable, and validated code; * Knowledge of applications requiring high availability and high performance. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the financial market; * Experience with Code Quality tools (Sonar); * Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc.); * Knowledge of Prometheus, metrics, and monitoring; * Experience with SPA applications; * Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Apache Lucene, and GraphQL; * Experience working with cloud deployment and management; * Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and deployment. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical capability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution ability; * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of diverse profiles; * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision different application usage scenarios; * Organization. **Additional Information** **Here we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
