




Job Description: Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering. * Experience with: * Environmental licensing * Transportation of hazardous materials * CADRI * imTR/MTR * Knowledge of applicable environmental legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Prior experience with Environmental Audits is desirable. * Previous knowledge of: EMS (ISO 14001), legal requirements, and Solid Waste Management Plan (PGRS) is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos/SP. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage all environmental licensing processes comprehensively, including applications, renewals, follow-up actions, monitoring of conditions, and interaction with environmental agencies. * Manage and ensure compliance with applicable environmental legal requirements for company operations. * Monitor and control all documentation related to the transportation of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and procedures. * Track validity deadlines, request, and coordinate CADRI issuance and renewal processes. * Manage and monitor the Waste Transport Manifest (imTR/MTR), ensuring traceability and compliance with legal requirements. * Update and manage the facility’s environmental aspects and impacts spreadsheet. * Implement, maintain, and review the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring conformity with ISO standards (especially ISO 14001). * Develop, review, and update the Solid Waste Management Plan (PGRS). * Develop and update operational procedures and work instructions for the environmental area. * Conduct periodic environmental inspections, technical assessments, supplier audits and approvals, where applicable. * Deliver technical training, environmental awareness sessions, and internal guidance on legal requirements. * Control and ensure proper delivery and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) related to the environmental area. * Support activities related to the Integrated Management System (SGI), environmental committee meetings, and CIPA routines. * Serve as the Technical Responsible for the facility’s environmental activities when assigned. * Assist the Occupational Safety area in specific routines, such as authorization for special services and occupational risk monitoring. * Identify, record, and track corrective and preventive actions arising from environmental non-conformities. 2512120202501915529
