Your mission will be to accurately identify, attract, and recruit talent for a variety of positions: operational, technical, administrative, and managerial/strategic. Requirements: * Proven experience in recruitment and selection (generalist); * Ability to manage high-volume job openings; * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; * Excellent management, organization, and work standards; * Ability to deliver quickly while meeting SLAs; * Professionalism, courtesy, cordiality, and respect when working in a team; * Knowledge of ATS; * Must have an active MEI (CNPJ). Responsibilities: * Identify and attract talent through various channels and strategies; * Manage the candidate recruitment and selection process; * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, candidates, and the company's team; * Ensure recruitment processes are efficient and effective; * Fill assigned positions within the stipulated SLA; * Achieve hiring targets efficiently and on schedule. Salary: Attractive commission-based compensation, paid upon successful placement (hired candidate). Personal Infrastructure Requirements The professional must own and maintain the following resources in full working condition to perform their duties: * Computer or laptop (laptop preferred) with adequate performance for professional use. * Mobile phone capable of supporting two SIM cards (one SIM card will be provided). * Keyboard and mouse in good working condition. * Headphones or earphones with an appropriate microphone for work calls. * Suitable workspace, including a desk and chair that ensure comfort and proper posture during working hours. * Microsoft Office suite installed and fully functional. * All equipment, software, and furniture must be in perfect condition to ensure activity quality and continuity.
