RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the sales team, fostering a motivating and high-performance environment; Ensure achievement of store targets and KPIs; Oversee customer service to guarantee the best shopping experience; Perform inventory control, cash register opening and closing; Maintain visual and organizational standards aligned with Chilli Beans’ style; Actively participate in sales and team training. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a team leader or store manager in retail (preferably in fashion, accessories, or cosmetics); Communicative, dynamic profile with strong teamwork orientation; Ability to motivate people and achieve targets; Availability for an 8-hour daily work schedule; Alignment with Chilli Beans’ universe and attitude.
