Academia Gaviões 24 Hours is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Reception team. This is an opportunity to develop skills and learn in a dynamic and motivating environment. **Working hours:** To be determined **Employment type:** CLT **Work location:** Av. Nordestina, 371 \- São Miguel Paulista, São Paulo \- SP, 08011\-000 **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer and student service; * Present the academy, membership plans, services, and benefits, guiding the sales process; * Process enrollments, renewals, and plan negotiations; * Prospect new customers and follow up on leads; * Provide support and information to students at reception; * Manage access control and register students in the system; * Perform daily cash closing. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is a plus); * Experience in customer service and sales; * Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and results-oriented; * Ability to work with targets; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work under a 6-on/1-off schedule. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Flexible meal allowance.
