Job Summary: The Electromechanic will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on civil, electrical, and refrigeration equipment installations, working across various building systems and assisting with environmental cleaning. Job Description: ELECTROMECHANIC \- Location: JURUBATUBA, SAO PAULO \- Salary: R$2\.530,99 \+ 30% HAZARDOUS DUTY ALLOWANCE \- Work Schedule: 12X36 (06H TO 18H) Benefits: \- Meal Voucher \- Food Allowance \- Transportation Voucher \- Dental Assistance Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on civil installations. Assist with maintenance across all buildings. Repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings. Painting, plastering, application of filler compound, gypsum, and grouting; transportation and loading/unloading of materials and debris. Knowledge of selective waste disposal and basic understanding of mobile systems. Perform environmental cleaning activities. Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on motors, machinery, equipment, and installations to keep them in optimal operating condition. Install and maintain high- and low-voltage distribution panels. Assemble and repair electrical installations and equipment. Conduct measurements and tests, demand control, and power factor correction. Repair alarm and general telephony systems. Monitor thermographic measurements. Assemble or renovate electrical systems, panels, and other control devices. Assemble, adjust, install, maintain, and repair electrical appliances and equipment—including motors, dynamos, instruments, signal transmitters and receivers, household appliances, computers and auxiliary equipment, and current control and regulation devices. Install and maintain residential, industrial, and other facility electrical systems—including those aboard vessels, aircraft, and motor vehicles. Install and maintain high- and low-voltage power lines, telephone and telegraph lines, and associated auxiliary equipment. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity related to the organizational environment. Special Activities: Working at heights. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. Perform maintenance on self-contained units, fan coil units, chilled water pumps, and condensate pumps; replace and clean filters; replace and adjust drive belts; maintain chillers; replace refrigerants. Repair equipment such as split-type and window-type air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms. Install air conditioning ductwork; conduct refrigeration system testing.
