Join us in making history! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * In-person and telephone reception; * Support to the medical team; * Directing patients to consultations and exams; * Patient registration and scheduling; * Requesting procedure authorizations; * Digitizing referral forms. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Good verbal fluency; * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; Desirable Requirements: * Flexible availability (occasional schedule changes); * Experience in healthcare reception is a plus. **Additional Information** **Location:** São Paulo \- SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturdays on rotation, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM\. **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Plan, Total Pass, and Transportation Voucher Temporary \- 6 months \- Coverage for Medical Leave and Maternity Leave, with potential for permanent hiring Grupo Vitus was founded in 2019 with the goal of expanding our approach to care and valuing our patients’ health, driven by the purpose of creating**an active and pain-free Brazil.** We are composed of brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
