Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers, managing queues, and maintaining an organized reception area to guarantee an excellent customer experience. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Welcome, guide, and assist customers to seat them optimally, delivering an excellent experience; * Manage the waiting queue; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and reception; * Answer external phone calls during shifts. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO WORK HERE? * Be at least 18 years old; * Have completed high school or technical education; * Be available to work on weekends and have schedule flexibility; * Be yourself: our job openings are open to all types of individuals!
