This role is essential in ensuring that our customers and partners experience our commitment to personalized service and service excellence. You will be responsible for actively and receptively attending to our customers, registering their requests, and tracking them until resolution. Your role includes maintaining close relationships with customers—from identifying their needs to resolving any issues that may arise. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficiently and courteously. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure services consistently meet customer expectations. **Work Location** Central region of São Paulo.
