Cost and operational process optimization * Contribute to the planning, organization, and supervision of daily hotel operations. * Coordinate front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams, ensuring interdepartmental integration. * Supervise guest service delivery, ensuring high satisfaction levels and promptly resolving any issues or complaints. * Monitor operational performance indicators and propose improvements. * Manage cost control, procurement, and inventory to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. * Prepare work schedules, vacation plans, and time-off arrangements for teams under supervision. * Participate in management meetings, contributing strategic reports and information. * Conduct training and team development initiatives, motivating staff and fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Conduct interviews for recruitment processes. * Perform hotel inspections to guarantee service quality.
