Dare to go beyond with us! **Responsibilities:** * Manage **Facilities (Hard and Soft Services)** operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, reception, and general services. * Coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensuring adherence to **SLAs and performance metrics**. * Plan and oversee **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance**. * Manage contracts, budgets, and costs within the department, pursuing **operational efficiency and expense reduction**. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and internal policies (e.g., PMOC, occupational safety, audits). * Monitor construction projects, renovations, and facility improvement initiatives. * Develop and track **KPIs**, management reports, and action plans. * Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external clients, guaranteeing **high service levels and satisfaction**. * Implement continuous improvements in facilities processes and user experience. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in **Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields**). * Solid experience in **facilities and building maintenance management**. * Experience managing contracts, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and performance metrics. * Experience with audits, technical documentation, and legal compliance. * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
