Clarify inquiries regarding leasing contracts, order status, and equipment operation. Register and track service requests, maintenance requests, and technical appointments. Issue and monitor service orders, pickups, and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. Support the formalization of leasing contracts by verifying data and documents. Keep customer, contract, and incident records up to date. Route requests to responsible departments (sales, technical, finance). Conduct follow\-up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service interactions. Support the sales team with information on the customer and equipment database. Assist in inventory control (reservations, withdrawals, and returns). Contribute to improvements in customer service processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Assistant, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
