Job Opening: **Customer Relationship Assistant – Collections** Location: São Paulo – Itaim Bibi ️ Hybrid model: 1x in-person ### **About the Role:** Being a **Customer Relationship Assistant in Collections** means directly engaging in the customer journey, ensuring **efficient and strategic service for value recovery**, while simultaneously contributing to **enhancing the user experience**. Salary: **R$ 1\.950,00** ### **Key Responsibilities** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct collection calls and provide support via WhatsApp, Chat, and E\-mail; * Resolve simple requests during interactions, such as payment clearance and refunds; * Issue invoices and conduct negotiations with clients; * Support client onboarding, follow-up, and training; * Assist in preparing presentations for internal meetings; * Analyze customer journey and communication patterns; * Monitor various company products and performance indicators; * Actively contribute suggestions for process improvements and area best practices. ### **Technical Requirements** ### **Technical Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with diverse customer profiles. * Basic knowledge of **Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides**.
