




**Responsibilities**: Assist with quotes and issuance of airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals; Pick up, register, and distribute mail; Manage and monitor routines of the Administrative Department sectors (Maintenance, General Services, Pantry, and Reception); Answer telephone calls; Schedule and organize meeting rooms; Support routine personnel department activities (timekeeping, admissions, benefits). **Requirements**: Experience in administrative routines; Office suite / ERP.
