Support to leadership and technical reference within the team. **TIC Trens Concessionaire is a company of Grupo Comporte (a Brazilian holding comprising companies engaged in road and urban passenger transport, cargo transportation, and tourism) and CRRC (a leading Chinese company manufacturing and supplying railway materials and supplies worldwide).** **We operate in the São Paulo region. We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Clerk II position.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please submit your application and feel free to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TICTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Autonomy with Responsibility** * Perform tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and reliability in inventory movements. * Make quick daily decisions without compromising processes. **Proficiency in Control Systems** * Efficiently use ERP systems or inventory management software. * Prevent data entry errors, ensure material traceability, and accurately record movements. **Material Verification and Control** * Conduct more complex verifications involving technical items, high-value materials, or those subject to strict controls. * Verify expiration dates, technical specifications, receiving conditions, and storage requirements. **Inventory Organization and Layout** * Suggest physical layout improvements to optimize space and efficiency. * Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting rotating inventories and identifying discrepancies. **Relationship Management** * Efficiently serve internal departments (operations, maintenance, procurement, etc.) even under pressure. **Leadership Support** * Guide Warehouse Clerks I or drivers. * Serve as a technical reference within the team, even without formal leadership responsibilities. **Compliance with Standards and Procedures** * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies. * Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations (e.g., ISO, 5S, etc.). **Agility vs. Accuracy** * Maintain high productivity without compromising recording accuracy—requiring constant balance and attention. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in logistics or related fields. * Forklift operation training (NR11\). * Basic knowledge of inventory control. * Material organization skills. * Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, inbound/outbound systems). **Desirable** * Forklift operation training (NR11\). * SAP system experience. * Knowledge of warehousing practices, shelf-life control, FIFO, and inventories. * Basic ability to read invoices and purchase orders. * Basic ability to read technical drawings. * Microsoft Office suite (especially basic to intermediate Excel). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and 5S. **Skills** * Workplace Organization and Cleanliness * Adaptation to Procedures and Routines * Accuracy in Tasks * Time Management and Agility * Communication and Interpersonal Skills * Continuous Learning * Occupational Safety **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical assistance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) Gympass TIC Trens Concessionaire is a company of Grupo Comporte (a Brazilian holding comprising companies engaged in road and urban passenger transport, cargo transportation, and tourism) and CRRC (a leading Chinese company manufacturing and supplying railway materials and supplies worldwide). TIC Trens will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the North Axis Intercity Train, connecting São Paulo to Campinas at speeds up to 140 km/h, with capacity for up to 860 passengers per trip. The 101-km route will provide express service between Barra Funda Terminal, Jundiaí, and Campinas, taking 64 minutes. There will also be the Intermunicipal Train (TIM) between Jundiaí and Campinas, spanning 44 kilometers and taking 33 minutes. The project further includes the operation, maintenance, and modernization of São Paulo’s Line 7\-Rubi metropolitan train line.
