Identification of risks and process optimization. **Senior Controller Analyst | Financial and Strategic Planning** A controller specialist with solid experience in end-to-end management of accounting and managerial closing cycles. Acts as the liaison between operations and finance, transforming complex data into executive reports that support decision-making. Expertise includes analysis of income statements (DRE), margins, costs, and mark-to-market (MTM) reconciliations, with a focus on risk identification and process optimization. Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools and ERP systems (Sênior/Maxys) to ensure accuracy of forecasts and budgetary control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform managerial and accounting closing routines; * Analyze income statements (DRE), margins, costs, and monthly variances; * Support the preparation of executive reports; * Monitor financial, operational, and managerial KPIs; * Conduct reconciliations among accounting, financial, managerial, and MTM (Mark-to-Market) results; * Support budget control, forecasting, and projections; * Interact with departments including accounting, finance, logistics, commercial/trading, and operations; * Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller roles; * Knowledge of income statements (DRE), budgeting, forecasting, closing procedures, and performance analysis; * Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Experience with Sênior or Maxys ERP systems is a plus; **Additional Information** **In addition to fixed compensation, we offer:** * Flexible Meal Voucher (R$1.114,00 per month) — at no cost to the employee; * Porto Seguro Health Plan — at no cost to the employee; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance — at no cost to the employee; * Gympass; * Eligibility for the company’s variable compensation policy.
