We are firmly committed to protecting your data—privacy and security are top priorities for us! **About the Role** **Position:** Senior Relationship Analyst **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication Date:** 12/22/25 **Recruiter:** Vanessa Donato **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * **Build and maintain connections with key stakeholders**, such as associations, regulators, companies, and investors. * **Act as a bridge between B3 and the ecosystem**, ensuring credibility and positive influence in institutional relationships. * **Participate in forums**, events, and working groups to strengthen the brand’s positioning. * **Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships** for product distribution and initiatives that generate value for the company. * **Support the development of resource acquisition models** or lead generation. * **Conduct market segmentation** and trend analysis to guide commercial strategies. * Collaborate with Marketing to **develop and execute business-related events**. * **Produce reports, analyses, and executive presentations** to support decision-making. **Department Responsibilities** This department is responsible for maintaining solid relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other institutions, ensuring B3’s interests are understood and considered in relevant decisions. It also identifies partnership opportunities, supports commercial initiatives, and conducts strategic market analyses. Additionally, it actively participates in forums and events to position the brand as a sector reference. **What We Expect From You** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of product structure and commercial dynamics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and projects; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and assertiveness; * Strategic vision, results orientation, and negotiation skills; * Active listening, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
