Requirements: **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct data studies and analyses to identify gaps in registration data, missing relevant information, and data quality issues. * Develop statistical and predictive models for inference and recommendation of registration data. * Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Collaborate with business and engineering teams to continuously improve data quality. * Apply data profiling, imputation, and data enrichment techniques. * Document methodologies and results clearly and accessibly. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in applied statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning. * Experience with Python and SQL. * Experience with cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure and Databricks). * Knowledge of data modeling, data wrangling, and data quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience building statistical models. * Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks, or other AI platforms. * Application of Generative AI (GenAI) for automating analyses, generating insights, and producing technical documentation. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and analytical curiosity. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Interest in data quality, registration systems, and customer experience.
