**About the Area:** Operational Intelligence – Automation Projects
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for aggregated ROI and payback of the automation portfolio;
* Define economic criteria for prioritization and sustainability;
* Establish and maintain enterprise standards; ensure reuse and stability;
* Advance CoE and process-based management maturity;
* Define and maintain enterprise standards (BPMN, PDD/SDD – functional and technical documentation, UAT – User Acceptance Testing, versioning, exceptions, observability) and quality gates (quality control checkpoints); exercise technical veto when necessary;
* Maintain the automation architecture blueprint (BPMS/RPA/IA, integrations, data/rules);
* Operate pipeline/portfolio using suitability criteria (feasibility, adherence, and complexity level assessments of candidate processes for automation) and business cases; promote component reuse;
* Ensure process testing and post-implementation review; consolidate benefits tracking (ROI);
* Participate in change governance forums (CAB – Change Advisory Board / ECAB – Emergency Change Advisory Board / TAB – Technical Advisory Board) for high-risk changes; ensure rollback plans and communication;
* Train and mentor analysts (Jr/Pl/Sr) and promote CoE (Center of Excellence) practices.
**We seek someone who demonstrates:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Specialization in Project Management, Process Management, Finance, or related areas;
* Proven experience with BPMS/RPA/IA, architecture, and governance;
* Preferred: Solution architect experience; technical and/or architecture certifications;
* Advanced BPMN knowledge; modeling and versioning standards;
* Knowledge of automation architecture (BPMS/RPA/IA), API/event-based integration;
* Knowledge of Security/LGPD; data governance; observability;
* Knowledge of portfolio management and prioritization; automation CoE.

Work Model: Hybrid
Location: São Paulo – SP
Working Hours: 220 hours/month
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48
