Responsibilities and Duties * Define and maintain a test strategy (functional, regression, integration, and automation) aligned with the CI/CD pipeline. * Collaborate integrally with development, DevOps, and product teams, ensuring test coverage and traceability in Xray (Jira). * Create, review, and optimize automated and manual test cases, ensuring documentation standards and versioning. * Support the design of automation frameworks and promote quality best practices within squads. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives), providing quality metrics and insights. * Support continuous monitoring of quality indicators and test efficiency metrics. * Provide technical mentoring to mid-level and junior QAs, fostering technical growth and an end-to-end quality mindset. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience as a Senior QA (minimum 5 years in QA, including at least 2 years in test automation). * Proficiency in Xray (test management and traceability integrated with Jira). * Experience in test automation (API and UI) using Selenium, Cypress, Postman/Newman, or Playwright. * Knowledge of version control (Git) and integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). * Technical reading and writing proficiency in English. 2512270202491831017
