Description

\- Preparation: Prepare the machine and materials for the sublimation process. \- Operation: Operate the calender, adjusting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed according to job and material specifications. \- Monitoring: Monitor the sublimation process, checking image transfer quality and identifying potential issues. \- Inspection: Inspect the material after sublimation, looking for defects such as stains, wrinkles, or areas with incomplete image transfer. \- Maintenance: Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance, and report mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance team. \- Quality control: Ensure the final product meets the company's established quality standards. \- Organization and safety: Keep the workplace clean and organized, comply with safety regulations, and use personal protective equipment. \- Communication: Record relevant production process information—such as machine parameters and any issues—and communicate them to the team. **Skills and knowledge** \- Knowledge of the sublimation process and calender parameters. \- Ability to adjust and control the machine. \- Capability to identify and resolve issues in the sublimation process. \- Attention to detail and quality awareness. \- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
