If you enjoy structuring operations, optimizing workflows, and working in an innovative and expanding market, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead and supervise a team responsible for operational and administrative processes related to customer integration and validation; * Ensure compliance, quality, and agility in document analysis and internal processes; * Manage the entire Back\-Office routine, including contracts, registrations, registration updates, and operational follow-up; * Work directly with energy distributors on processes such as: * change of account holder; * cancellations; * disconnections; * invoice monitoring and extraction; * Map, design, and implement continuous operational process improvements—aiming for scalability, efficiency, and reduced rework; * Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization; * Serve as a liaison between internal departments, partners, and energy distributors, ensuring operational alignment and regulatory compliance; * Monitor operational KPIs, deadlines, and SLAs, proactively resolving bottlenecks; * Act as the focal point for distributor relationships to resolve operational procedures and processes.
