If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and duties** Provide hardware and software support to operators and assistants during customization of laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. Perform maintenance and inspection of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and general peripherals. Customize/personalize IT products and peripherals according to established standards demonstrated in the system. Inspect batches of purchased and/or returned products—whether new or used—and approve or reject their use based on defined quality criteria and technical specifications, as trained. Register, update, and forward production data in the system to ensure full customer service and enable traceability of delivered items corresponding to what the customer "purchased." Consult troubleshooting guides, bulletins, manuals, FAQs, and technical knowledge bases to ensure accurate problem resolution. Commit to delivering efficient support to the customer's customization and IT teams. Continuously stay updated on new products and solutions through self-study and available training programs. Monitor customization and technical support performance indicators to ensure high-quality customer service. Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to one's activities, apply the company's established sustainable practices, and suggest improvements to SGI performance where possible. Identify and implement sustainability-related actions within one's scope of work. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a Technical Degree in Information Technology or related fields (from the 3rd year onward). Microsoft Office – User level (reading and writing emails). Basic computer skills. Technical English – Basic (desirable). Networking, Windows and Linux operating systems.
