Day-to-day responsibilities include: Managing vehicle leasing contracts, monitoring deadlines, renewals, and contractual terms; Controlling and administering the company-owned fleet, ensuring proper use and maintenance of vehicles; Scheduling and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce costs and avoid unplanned downtime; Liaising with traffic agents and competent authorities for document regularization, debt settlement, licensing, and other pending matters, ensuring legal compliance of vehicles; Obtaining quotations and negotiating vehicle leasing agreements to secure optimal commercial terms; Maintaining fleet documentation (CRLV, insurance policies, traffic fines, etc.), ensuring vehicle compliance; Supporting operational cost analysis for the fleet and proposing improvements; Preparing reports and controls related to fleet management.
