Job Summary: The professional will ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations, implement audits, coordinate supplier qualification, and promote continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and Good Laboratory Practices. 2. Lead and train teams to internalize quality values. 3. Support senior management in policy development and technological integration for monitoring. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations (e.g., Good Manufacturing/Compounding Practices and Good Laboratory Practices). Implement audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent critical failures. Coordinate supplier qualification, equipment calibration, and maintenance of full traceability for each batch or formulation. Promote continuous process improvement to reduce waste and optimize operational cost-benefit ratio. Lead and train teams to internalize quality values, transforming theoretical manuals into daily practical experiences. Assist senior management in defining rational drug use policies and technological integration (e.g., ERP and LIMS systems) for real-time monitoring.
