Process monitoring and technical compliance Handle sterile products and, when necessary, weigh active ingredients and package sterile products; Verify the weighing of active ingredients, production calculations, and identification of active ingredients issued by Quality Control; Complete compounding orders; Supervise and guide junior pharmacists in departmental routines; Monitor washing, sterilization, autoclaving, packaging, and product control processes to ensure technical compliance; Monitor and ensure correct execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs); Monitor laboratory organization to ensure proper material and process flow; Control the use, maintenance, and operation of departmental equipment; Report non-conformities and propose corrective actions to the responsible pharmacist and management; Participate in the development and improvement of compounding and safety procedures; Contribute to process optimization, product quality, and achievement of production targets
