Therefore, we seek individuals for our teams who act as protagonists in transforming lives—regardless of gender, race, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation. ***Join Brazil’s largest healthcare ecosystem!*** ***Come with us to care for every life and unite with us in the responsibility of building healthier futures!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, review, and approve Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRAs) for non-routine activities; issue Dangerous Work Permits (DWPs) when required; and archive both upon completion of activities; * Manage third-party compliance by evaluating occupational safety documentation prior to authorizing high-risk activities; * Participate in Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) meetings; archive and control meeting minutes; support election processes; assist in organizing the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT); and handle other related tasks; * Provide technical support in labor disputes, responding to inquiries regarding safety controls, and accompany expert assessments (e.g., hazard or unhealthy conditions) when requested; * Know and apply Regulatory Standards (NRs), assess compliance, and advise leadership on addressing identified deviations; * Maintain legal occupational safety certifications; * Record and conduct investigations into workplace accidents; * Monitor preventive and corrective actions arising from inspections and accident handling; * Support client or insurer audits conducted at facilities; * Track and resolve Occupational Safety Non-Conformities; * Conduct occupational safety audits at facilities and issue reports identifying behavioral deviations and/or unsafe conditions, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Immediately propose work suspension upon identifying grave and imminent risks of workplace accidents; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience working as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Proficiency in computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint — intermediate level; * Ability to deliver training sessions; * Capacity to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects; **Additional Information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal voucher / food allowance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Transportation voucher; * Health center; * TotalPass; * Partnerships with numerous institutions offering exclusive discounts for employees. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:48 PM); * Work model: On-site Welcome to Humânia!
