Position: Procurement Specialist Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement procurement strategies, tracking performance against approved plans; • Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement processes with suppliers of packaging materials, operational supplies, equipment, and logistics services; • Generate and track purchase orders (POs) through final approval, ensuring compliance and timely availability of products and services; • Monitor contract expirations with requesting departments and proactively initiate supplier renegotiations; • Track order acceptance, invoice issuance, and payment deadlines to ensure adherence to timelines; • Support the development of new suppliers by conducting market research, cost analysis, and providing technical support when required; • Assist in updating the ERP system, including supplier registration and creation of new items; Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing; • Practical experience in sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and contract management; • Experience with procurement processes and/or systems (ERP); • Technical knowledge in facilities, maintenance, or electrical engineering (a significant advantage for this position); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) as working language; • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields).
