Enkantha is supporting one of its service clients focused on the Pharmaceutical Industry in searching for a professional to fill the position of: SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST * Identify, develop, qualify, and negotiate with national and international suppliers and partners, with focus on healthcare operations, logistics, and foreign trade * Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management processes, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance, and service-level performance * Drive the implementation and consolidation of the Procurement function, including process definition, selection criteria, governance, and KPIs * Provide direct support to international operations, ensuring alignment among Procurement, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Legal * Assess and mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, and contractual risks related to procurement and suppliers * Support negotiation of strategic contracts (MSA, SLA, NDA, service and supply agreements) in collaboration with internal departments * Develop and maintain a qualified base of strategic suppliers and partners, with a medium- and long-term perspective * Analyze complex procurement scenarios, considering multiple countries, currencies, tax regimes, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, including ANVISA, Good Practices, and cold-chain requirements * Serve as the Procurement focal point for strategic projects and international initiatives
